Song Schedule June - August 2014

Happy Friday the 13th....muaahaha!!!

Hope you're all staying dry and enjoying your weekend! I am attaching the song sets for the summer quarter and again, I apologize for not getting it out sooner!

You'll notice that I have highlighted and included the devotions schedule for each week and am excited to include some who signed up at the workshop who are willing to lead us through the Psalms! So, be sure to be prepared with just a 5-10 minute thought to share as we start rehearsal.

Also, those of you who are scheduled for August 17th - keep in mind that rehearsal is on TUESDAY night, 8/12 at 7:00pm. There will be NO Saturday night rehearsal that weekend.

Please notice that we'll be introducing a new song called "Forever (We Sing Hallelujah) in the month of July. It's a great song and really powerful! We have 2 rehearsals to get this one ready so check those dates and when you're scheduled.

Lastly, I'm sending a second email with SEVERAL links of new songs that I've poured over, prayed over, and listened to the past month or so and would really like to introduce to our Hope rotation. Many of them are ones you've probably heard if you're listening to worship cd's or K-Love Radio - some are a few years old, but we haven't done them at Hope....others are written as recently as a year ago!

I'm certain that they won't all be your new "favorite", but I am confident that God is asking us to step out and trust His leading - and you'll definitely find some that you connect with - hopefully many of them! So, download them to your ipod's or wherever and start getting to know them. Like I said already, the first one we'll be introducing is "Forever (We Sing Hallelujah) - actually, Dylan will be introducing "Christ Is Enough" for the Teen Service next weekend! If any of you have favorites that you think could work for Hope, please feel free to send them along...I love to keep my "folder" full of ideas!
