Quarterly Email - Winter (2015 - 2016)

Hey Team!

Attached is the schedule for the Winter Quarter - it is already posted to the blogspot, but I'm going to attach it to this email....at least for one more quarter! ☺ The Song Schedule will be posted next week so be on the lookout for that too.

You'll notice that I "tentatively" scheduled for the first week of March - since that's technically the start of the Spring Quarter and I didn't ask you to look out that far, just let me know if that does NOT work for you and we'll make adjustments.

Also, there are only a couple of places where the Saturday night rehearsal schedule needs to be adjusted:

For 12/27, there will be NO Saturday night rehearsal at all. It's so close to Christmas and I'd like everyone to enjoy the time with your family or friends! So, I'll be putting together a simple acoustic set that I'll lead on Sunday morning. That means I'll need Audio/Visual (sound and words) to be prepared and ready to go by 8:00am on Sunday morning for the run through.

For 1/3, we'll be rehearsing on 12/30 (Weds night) at 7:00pm. The band and vocalists have already been notified and are on board, but for the Audio/Visual teams, please be sure you note this change.

The only other possible change will be as we get closer to the teen service on 2/14. At this point, I don't know if Dave will need to make a change or not, but I'll keep you all in the loop for sure.

For Rick - when you have the quarter scheduled for your team, be sure to copy me so that I can include that person in the cheat charts I send out on Thursdays. We have some wiggle room since the next couple of weeks are special programs. Thanks so much!

I think that's it for now - I'm excited about the Christmas Cantata this upcoming Sunday and the Kid's Program to follow next week!! Both are great ways to get into the Christmas spirit and are perfect opportunities to invite friends and family to Hope! Remember to keep Rob and Dana Farrell in prayer as they'll be welcoming their little one right around the beginning of the year - so exciting for them! Also, continue to keep Amy Fleck in prayer with the house fire that destroyed her home and for her peace of mind. Brian and Naidona have a wedding on Jan.2nd (along with some ongoing health concerns) so I know they would appreciate being lifted up in prayer as well!

I know there are other things going on for many - and thankfully the Lord knows each need - so be in prayer for Hope and for each other! Have a wonderful Thursday and let me know if you need anything!

I'll see you on the weekend!
